I cannot find an answer to this anywhere. New install of Oracle 8.1.7.2.1 and sqlplus returns ora-24327 after trying to connect internal. No errors in log listener.ora and tnsnames.ora look fine. I am new to Oracle so forgive me if this is too generic of a description.
