ORA - 24324 : Service handle not initialized on Oracle 10g

Hi,
I am creating database on Oracle10g by DBCA.
I am getting the oracel error ORA - 24324 : Service handle not initialized while copying database files process.
Is there and database file missing or currpted? I am unable to create database by DBCA.
I am not getting where is the exactly error comes.
