ORA-24324: service handle not initialized

We had this error last night. This error was in IIS WEB Server logs, but I could not find anything in alert.log file on Database Server and no trace files.

This error stopped on it's own. I need to get back to management with some explanation but can not find any so far. If anybody ever experienced this please share with me.

My Oracle database version 9.2.0.8 on AIX
