ORA-24315: tipo de atributo no válido

hi i´m in dead line trying to resolve ORA-24315
i´m using

Centos 5
apache 2.2
php5
oracle 10g

when I try to connect to my db always get that message

Warning: oci_connect() [function.oci-connect]: ORA-24315: tipo de atributo no válido in /var/www/html/conexion_estadisticos.php on line 3
Could not connect to Oracle database!

Warning: oci_connect() [function.oci-connect]: ORA-24315: attribute no allow in /var/www/html/conexion_estadisticos.php on line 3

first of all i'm not an expert in oracle i do not undesrstand what kind of error is , and what is its solution
