ORA-21780: Maximum number of object durations exceeded.

Hi,

We are getting ORA-21780: Maximum number of object durations exceeded. error frequently.

We have recently upgraded to Oracle EBS 12.2.6 and DB is on 12.1.0.2

Generally we are getting this error when we call any Oracle API for bulk data processing. But couple of times we have seen this error in simple select statements also.
