ORA-21700: object does not exist or is marked for delete

Dear Community

We are expieriencing the following Problem on a Database:

We are not able to drop a User with cascade option because of the following error in a type (shadow type in a pipelined function):

$[CW19@iig11a_kun2] drop type SYS_PLSQL_3080828_9_1;

drop type SYS_PLSQL_3080828_9_1

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-21700: object does not exist or is marked for delete
