ORA-21561: OID generation failed

Hi All,

I am currently facing this issue. ORA-21561: OID generation failed .

A Datastage Application connects to the Oracle Database to complete somejobs. Whenever the datastage applicaiton user tries to execute jobs in multiple streams, the job fails with this error.

Datastage application connects to the Database using Oracle Client installed on the application server.

A normal connection to the DB using SQLplus succeeds. Also, if the application is initiated using lesser number of parallel streams, the jobs are completed. It seems, huge number of simultaneous connections using Oracle Client is causing the issue.

Version of Products :

Oracle Client Version 10.2.0.4 installed on Windows 2003 (32-bit)
Oracle Server Version 10.2.0.4 installed on AIX(5.3L)

Need your help to resolve this issue.
