ORA-21561: OID generation failed

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue while connecting to oracle server database remotely with perl process. The error is: ORA-21561: OID generation failed

The oracle client version is: 11.2.0.1.0
oracle server version is: 11.2.0.2.0

Also I tried the non-interactive heap size fix which was been suggested on other thread. 1022705

Apologies for starting new thread but other threads are not driving me to conclusion. Please suggest if any solution or the cause of issue.
