My database is upgraded to 19.20 from Oracle 12.1
I just run a simple work flow with only start, end.
I can start the workflow successfully, however, it cannot end properly.
ORA-20987: APEX - is not a valid workflow correlation context for the process being executed by this Workflow Activity. The correlation context must be a colon delimited text containing APEX_APPL_WORKFLOW followed by the Workflow Instance ID and the Activity Instance ID. - Contact your application administrator.
