ORA-20101: OASM-20101 when trying to connect to the database as user DBSNMP

Hi Community,

We are facing issues trying to monitor a database, unable to connect to the database as user DBSNMP. Trying to connect locally in the DB server with SQLPlus, following error occurs:

ERROR:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1

ORA-20101: OASM-20101: OASM: You are not allowed to login.

ORA-06512: at line 35

I searched everywhere for related error codes, even in Oracle Support, no luck.

Environment set OK

SQLPlus version: 11.2.0.3

Database version: 11.2.0.3
