ORA-20011: Approximate NDV failed: ORA-31000: Resource Error in Oracle 11g

Hi Friends,

I am using Oracle 11.2.0.1 on linux (x64) and i am getting the following messages in Alert Log / Trace Log.

Please let me know the fix.

Alert Log:

GATHER_STATS_JOB encountered errors. Check the trace file.
