ora-2001 error on dml -- report column -- apex 2.2.1 --

hey,

i created a new application with on report and on form.

now, when i want to edit the columns of the report i am getting the ora-2001 error on dml

ORA-20001: Fehler in DML: p_rowid=1781900544651815, p_alt_rowid=ID, p_rowid2=, p_alt_rowid2=. ORA-20001: Die aktuelle Version der Daten in der Datenbank wurde geändert, seit der Benutzer einen Update-Prozess eingeleitet hat. Aktuelle Prüfsumme (Checksum) = "AD20CD797121672147B81BB67D9452ED" Anwendungs-Prüfsumme (Checksum) = "0"

i installed patch 2.2.1 same error
i droped the application and the bounced db and http server
i created the application once more but the error stays .

Is there any help for this bug?
