ORA-20001: soap:Server Server was unable to process request. --> Index was

I am reading and testing web services examples
in "Application Express Developers Guide". Using a
xignite web services. Everything works fine until
I enter "NYMEX".

I get ORA-2001 -- > " Index was outside the bounds of the array". when
searching for NYMEX exchange.

How can I solve this ?
