ORA-20001: GET_BLOCK Error. ORA-20001: GET_STMT error

Hello,
I m getting below error , when importing my APEX application in same workspace, or when i m try to copy application.

ORA-20001: GET_BLOCK Error. ORA-20001: GET_STMT error. ORA-20001: Execution of the statement was unsuccessful.
