ORA-20000: ORU-10027: buffer overflow, limit of 1000000 bytes - HELP!!

I foolishly added quite a few debug statements in my procedure (DBMS output)....this resulted in the ORA-20000: ORU-10027: buffer overflow, limit of 1000000 bytes error....

However I have since taken these statements out and I still recieve this error when this procedure is being called....and ideas.....do I have to clear something out???
