I am using Oracle Apex 4.2.5 and Oracle 11g

We tried installing the new SSL certificate and it is not working. Please find below the steps which we carried out.

1) We created a new wallet and installed the new certificate. When we tried connecting as SSL its failing

2) But when we tried it as non SSL it is working as expected.

3) We checked the ACL’s and we tried doing NS look up and telnet for this server and everything seems to be working.

4) We also installed "Entrust L1C" in this wallet but then also its not working

Can anyone suggest how to fix this ?or how to narrow down the issue
