ORA-20000: ERR-006 Procedure call error: LOGISTICS.PDF_ANGEBOT.page_header.

Hello
I tried to call a procedure page_header in the pdf_angebot package. The call was from within the same package and the procedure is defined in the package header. The owner of the package is logistics and the user which runs the package is also logistics.
What is the reason for the rror?
