ORA-20000

Hi All
I am running a stored procedure through forms 10g .
In my stored procedure i 'm getting error ora-20000.
But if i exit the application and login again and start the process, error is not thrown.
In my procedure there is only one statement
raise_application_error (-20222,
'Some text');
Can you please help me on this isssue.
