ORA-19625 Using Oracke Suggested backup on Windows

I;m an Oracle newbie runnin 10gR2. I've attempted to configure Oracle suggested backup via Oracle Enterprise MGR DB Control.
Initial backup was succesful , all subesequent backups I've received te below error:

O/S-Error: (OS 2) The system cannot find the file specified.

ORA-27041: unable to open file
ORA-19625: error identifying file I:\DBBKUP\ORCL\DATAFILE\O1_MF_SYSAUX_39OM7HBP_.DBF
ORA-19870: error reading backup piece I:\DBBKUP\ORCL\BACKUPSET\2007_07_15\O1_MF_NNND1_TAG20070715T220527_39ONM7MN_.BKP
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
The SYSAUX file does not exist in the location specified above.
Any help would be appreciated.
