ORA-19506: failed to create sequential file

Hi all,

Last days, I'm having the next error at my datawarehouse backup:

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on TSM1 channel at 04/02/2009 19:17:53
ORA-19506: failed to create sequential file, name="brman_db_5831", parms=""
ORA-27028: skgfqcre: sbtbackup returned error
ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
ANU2503E Backup object '/PROSPB//brman_db_5831' already exists on TSM Server.

I think that exist one way to change the number of the next backupset, but:

- I don't know how I can do this

- I need to be sure of which is my last number of backupset

Please, can you help me with these two qüestions?
