ORA-19505: failed to identify file ....

HI Expert,
I have Oracle 19c (19.13.0.0.0) running on windows 2019. I have taken full online backup using RMAN from production server. While trying to restore the backup on test server it is failing with
ORA-19505 error. Upon investigation I found it is asking the backup piece which was backed up one day before. Just wondering why Oracle is asking the backup pieces from the backups though it i asked to restore from a full database plus archivelog file backup sets.
