Dear Experts,

Please note that I am unable to add the datafile in the EBS. I am getting the following Error message. Please advise.

ORA-19502: write error on file "/db/u01/d01/data/a_txn_data08.dbf", block number 209792 (block size=8192)

ORA-27072: File I/O error
