Hi All,
I configured DataGuard Broker configuration for Physical standby database in oracle10g.
There is no error in "Enable Configuraiton"
but when look for "show database <primary DB> it gives error as below:
Error: ORA-16778: redo transport error for one or more databases
And for physical Standby datase "Show database <stdby>"
Error: ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist
adn in alert log at primary side it gives
ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist
PING[ARC1]: Heartbeat failed to connect to standby
can any one suggest the what could be the reason?
