ORA-1652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace

hello,
I usually get this warning in for some of my databases, though I have kept enough temp space, but when I log in to database, that session / job disappears from DB.I want to know what is causing this so I can fix it permanently.
is there any way to figure out which session or job triggered this ora error. I searched some v$views but didn't get it.
