ORA-16047: DGID mismatch between destination setting and standby

Hi Forum,

I have created a standby database(10.2.0) from a primary database(10.2.0). But logs are not getting transferred to standby database from primary database.

This is giving the following error message
ORA-16047: DGID mismatch between destination setting and standby

I have check the db_uninque_name of standby database and its value set in log_archive_dest_n parameter of primary database.
Both are same.

Please help.
