ORA-16024: parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_1 cannot be parsed

Dear all,

i am configuring standby database and set all required parameter & then start the database am getting this error

ORA-16024: parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_1 cannot be parsed

oracle versions:- 11.1.0.2.0

platform :windows 2008

log_archive_dest_1='LOCATION=E:\oradata\archive VALID_FOR=(ALL_LOGFILES,ALL_ROLES)DB_UNIQUE_NAME=stand'

please check this parameter is this right or wrong
