ORA-14047: ALTER TABLE|INDEX RENAME may not be combined

create table tabg(x number);

 ALTER TABLE tabg
RENAME TO gtest_
         || TO_CHAR (SYSTIMESTAMP, 'YYYYMMDDSS.FF2');

I get ORA-14047: ALTER TABLE|INDEX RENAME may not be combined with other operations error, my purpose is the following:

i want to take a backup of tabg table in such a way that the name will not be duplicated ever, and also append it with timestamp that has microseconds
in it...

how else can i rename the table by specifying microseconds ?
