ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server

Hi,

I am running a package regularly, yesterday it worked ,today it failed.error message is "ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P009, instance xxx" .There is not a paralelism and I am running just this package . what might be the problem?
