Oracle version:
11.2.0.4.0
installed on Solaris 64 bit.
I have a dot net application which connects to Oracle and the takes ref cursor is output.
There was one query which was running slow, and had caused the fetch sub process to run for around 15 seconds, since we had limited time and resources so we just applied the parallel hint and ran the our application was running fine (results came in around 1 second).
But there are some oracle errors coming up at database level on some occasions.
These errors are not consistent and are coming occasionally. I tried searching online and they had mentioned about a bug :

But our version is 11.2.0.4.0 and this error is for previous version and as per documentation this has been fixed
Can anyone please help me?
