ORA-12705: Invalid or Unknown NLS parameter value specified error in PL/SQL

Everything is working fine, SQL* PLUS, form and reports but my PL/SQL developer has stopped working.
It's throwing this error when I try to connect.

ORA-12705: Invalid or Unknown NLS parameter value specified error in PL/SQL developer

How to correct this please help.
