ORA-12705: Cannot access NLS data files or invalid environment specified

I just installed Oracle Client 10.2 on the user`s machine and keep getting error ORA-12705: Cannot access NLS data files or invalid environment specified when trying to connect to the Oracle 10g 10.2 database located on the server. I have done all the tips related to unsetting NSL_LANG env varaible, etc and nothing worked. Need urgent help on this.
