Good morning. We migrated our two nodes rac cluster databases to 12.1.0.2 The platform is win 2012r2 64 bit. The client environment is 11.2.0.3 on 2008R2. the client having failed login with above errors when they connect our new 12C DB by DB Link, but when they try to connect our previous 11.2.03 database on win 2008R2 64 bit environment , the connection is successful. My questions is,
1) is the error due to source db server is 2012R2 64 bit and target is 2008R2? or
2) Is the error due to source db version is 12.1.0.2 and target is 11.2.0.3?
I changed the sqlnet to NONE and it did make no difference. i will appreciate if you give me some advice on this.
