ORA-12631: Username retrieval failed

Hello,
I have WINDOWS 2003 SP2 64-bit, ORACLE 10.2.0.4 64-bit.
When I ussue command 'RMAN target / nocatalog' I get the error 'ORA-12631: Username retrieval failed'. This is happening suddenly. Please help!
