ORA-12570 TNS:packet reader failure

Hello,

when using ODP.Net Driver i get the Error ORA-12570. Im Using Oracle 11.2.040 Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition.

When i use the old .Net Framework Drive i can open the connection so i think the TNS configuration is fine.

Can someone help me?
