ORA 12560: TNS:Protocol adapter error

Hello everybody,
Can someone please help me with resolving ORA 12560: TNS:Protocol adapter error. I had oracle 10g installed on my computer. Later installed 11g, tried to upgrade, everything went fine but when I am trying to login, I get this error. OS is Windows.
