ORA-12557 - SOLVED

Hello,

I have installed Oracle10.2 database on WinXP. Then I upgraded it to 10.2.0.4 version, but after installing the patch I have problems.
I run the listener service and then oracle service. Now I want to connect to sqlplus and "startup upgrade" and go on.
But SQLPlus gives me the following errors:
Windows-> it can't find procedure snlseFreeSecAttrib in oranl10.dll library
SQLPlus: ORA-12557: TNS:protocol adapter not loadable.

What can I do with it?
