ORA-12547 TNS lost contact

Hi!

I have a big problem!

Terminal Server(windows server 2003) and DataBase Server(windows server 2003 with Oracle Database) are in same Lan. The users work in Lan and Wan(with remote desktop to Terminal server). When the users try to login in program(SEN) through terminal server(with remote desktop) they see this error ORA-12547 but other users in lan they have no problems(because they connect directly to the DB).

I thing the problem is somewhere between Terminal Server and DB Server.
