ORA-12547: TNS: lost contact

Hi:

First I run ./addlnctl.sh start VIS
in eBusiness Suite R12.1 on Enterprise Linux and the database listener start OK

Then I was trying to start the database by using

./addbctl.sh start

but I got error ORA-12547: TNS: lost contact

How can I fix this problem
