Dear All,

Please help me to solve below error

Enter user-name: sys@S_DGSECOND as sysdba
Enter password:
ERROR:
ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist

alert log

ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist
PING[ARC0]: Heartbeat failed to connect to standby '(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=bmsddb01)(PORT=1521)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=s_dgsecond_XPT)(INSTANCE_NAME=DGPRIME)(SERVER=dedicated)))'. Error is 12545.
