ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist

Hi All ,

Thanks for your help in advance. While running a custom script that is first creating a database schema and connecting to that schema later, I am facing ORA-12545 error. Also this error is intermittent. I have checked the tnsnames.ora file that is fine. Also done the tnsping which is also responding.

What could be the reason and recommended solution for this error. Please suggest.
