ORA-12543: TNS:destination host unreachable -- DG environment

I have two Node RAC primary, two NODE DATA GUARD setup. As of now everything working fine.

Due to some reason, Primary Node 1 not able to ping DR NODES but primary Node 2 is ping all DR Nodes. Currently we are facing transport log issues.

My question is primary Db NODe 2 is pining, archive logs & redo logs are centralized location, Node2 primary cant sent data to DR machines ?

ANy specific configuration is need here ?
