ORACLE 11gR1(11.1.0.7.0) (Soon will be upgraded to 11gR2)
Hi
Our tnsping and remote database connectivity to the remote system was working perfect until yesterday.
Yesterday the remote database we are connecting to, changed their server to new one so we have been given a new conncetion description and this was changed in the tnsnames.ora file.No other changes made. Our existing listener was stopped and restarted as well .
we are getting the error
ORA-12541:TNS nolistener when trying to conenct to their database.
Please guide how to fix now!

They said new server is on RAC and this is the address what they gave.
Is there anything unusual in the above entry for os.world?
I am not sure where else to check for the error information other than tnsping.trc file, its information is given below:
