ORA-12520: Message 12520 not found; product=RDBMS80; facility=ORA

Hi All

I have developed an application using Oracle Developer 6i and Database (10.2.0.1.0). After entering and updating data to my application suddenly it become disconnects. When I try to connect again I am getting error (ORA-12520: Message 12520 not found; product=RDBMS80; facility=ORA). To get connection I have to restart database.

I would like to request please provide a solution, if any one face this kind of problem. I have find tried to find out the solution in Metalink but I didn’t get any solution.
