The Oracle Xe is running fine but sometimes it stops with following error:
user.java java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12519, TNS:no appropriate service handler found
The Connection descriptor used by the client was:
bhinternationalltd.theplanet.host:1521:XE
my tnsping result:
-bash-3.2$ tnsping bhinternationalltd.theplanet.host
