ORA-12519, TNS:no appropriate service handler found

Hi All,

I face this problem when i try to insert data by for loop for 1000 rows but when the loop reach to 220 row the following problem occurred.

Error: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12519, TNS:no appropriate service handler found
is there any way to solve it?
