Hi All,
I am using the Oracle APEX image on Virtualbox. Everything was working until the virtualbox has been restarted.
I am not sure, but looks like the database has not come back properly I believe.
When I use the SQLDeveloper to connect to the database, I get the ORA-12514 TNS listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor error.
What should I do to verify the possible issues. Believe the database is not running. Please advise
