ORA - 12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested.....

Hello Experts,

I could not able to login in TOAD(Version 10.1.1.8). But I am able to login in SQL prompt by using the same user name, password and SID. I was able to login yesterday. Sometimes I restart the system or restart the Oracle services( listener and Oracle service).

Error Message:* ORA - 12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

Please advice me.
