ORA-12514: TNS listener does not currenly know of service requested in connect descriptor in DR

Hi,

We have configured the DR setup for 11.2.0.3 database, log switching, applying everything is working finr.

And we have configured the DGMGRL.

While doing switchover using DGMGRL standby database is not coming up.

its showing error like below,

ORA-12514: TNS listener does not currenly know of service requested in connect descriptor.

You are no longer connected to ORACLE

Please connect again.

Unable to start instance "stdby".

You must start instance "stdby" manually.

Kindly assist me to advice on this issue.
