ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given
I follow the procedure in
[http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/appdev.112/e10766/tdddg_connecting.htm]
but when press "Test" button in Oracle SQL Developer, the following error prompt:
failure-listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor. The Connection descriptor used by the client was localhost:1521:ORCL
