ORA-12505 on Oracle Database 10g Express Edition: TNS:listener

In Developer3, trying to connect to Oracle Database 10g Express Edition give me:

Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12505 TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor
